Hi WM Guru's,
Can some one send me all the config steps to configure inbound delivery creation.
Currently in 4.6C and not using inbound deliveries for GR just MIGO and would like to use inbound delivery creation for PO and Scheduling aggrements(SA).
Appreciates everyone time and help.

Config:
go to SPRO-MM-purchasing-Confirmation-setup confirmation control
here select the 10 and check the check box Create inb delivery
then select the line and click on the confirmaiton seq adn make GR relevant, MRP releavant adn Gr assign
all three box checked
Process Flow: -
1. ME21N - In PO, Confirmation Tab, select the confirmation control key as "Shipping Notification" or "Inbound Delivery"
2. VL31N - Create Inbound Delivery w.r.t. PO
3. MIGO - Goods Receipt > Inbound Delivery

Hi,
One watchout though - item category 'ELN' is not relevant for transportation.
So in case you plan to use inbound shipments as well (now or in the future) I would advise to consider this already (changing standard is not recommended, thus I would go for some other it. category instead).

Hi Charlie,
I'm using EL and ELN and created a PO and when i try to do VL31N create inbound delivery it is giving me the following error?
The system attempted to find the reference movement type for
the Warehouse Management system. A corresponding entry is
missing in table 156S with the argument 101/X/X/ / /X/.
The argument consists of:
o IM movement type
o Indicator: Value update
o Indicator: Quantity update
o Special stock
o Movement indicator
o Access indicator
o Indicator: Consumption
