All,
In an intercompany process, how do we restrict the outbound delivery and PGI not to exceed PO quantity?
When we do VL10g (outbound delivery) for the PO, and before doing the PGI, we can change the delivery qty to be more than the PO quantity.
Is there a way to stop this i.e, system should not allow to receive more than the PO qty..
Thanks in advance,
Srib
Hi,
Go to 0VLP and here for Delivery item category for e.g. NLC,
- Maintain value as B i.e. Situation rejected with an error message in field "Check overdelivery" - This will solve your problem
- Also deactivate indicator "Relevant for Picking", it will do auto picking of Delivery Quantity.

Hi Pankaj,
We have a ZLCC delivery type and ZLC item category configured for the intercompany. If the PO is for 10qty, then the supplying plant is sending more than required by creating the delivery with more qty and doing the PGI.
I tried through OVLP but was not able to restrict.
Any more clues from anyone?
Regards,
KSB
