Custom paper size settings are saved only for developer's machine

Hi all,

We got the following problem with CR 11.5:

The report is developed to be printed using dot matrix printer with custom page size 20x22 cm. The paper size is set in Windows - Printers and Faxes - Server Properties - Forms using "Create a new form" option. The printer is set to have this paper size as default. The report page properties are set to use same size from same printer.

There is no problems while the report is printed from developer's machine. But once the report is open using CR 11.5 or custom application from different machine, the paper size is set to "Letter" even if the local machine has same printer settings. The problem was cross-checked using two machines with CR 11.5. The settings are lost in both directions but remain same on each machine once saved there.

"No printer" option doesn't help. Any other ideas?

It was fixed and will be in SP6.

Thank you for suggestion but the problem is still there after installation of all patches up to SP 4. The patches were downloaded from

I believe that issue was fixed in Fix Pack 3.7
