xalan expection in BOXI3.1with WebSphere6.1

HI

I've just deployed BOXI3.1 to WebSphere6.1 and Iu2019m trying to create a new publication in the CMC and to use a dynamic recipient. However, when I choose as source for the dynamic recipient WebIntelligence/Desktop Intelligence I get an Error page exception. This error seems to be caused by xalan and this is the exact error message :

"Error Message: org.apache.xalan.processor.TransformerFactoryImpl incompatible with javax.xml.transform.TransformerFactory

Error Code: 500

Target Servlet: /jsp/Shared_DataProvider/shareddataprovider.jsp"

could anyone help fix this problem ?

Hi ,

We have the same problem : BOXI 3.0 , WAS 6.1.0.0 Trial Version , all in windows using wdeploy.

BO lookslikes to be well deployed but errors appears clicking New->Webi document or trying to open al Webi doc.

Did somebody solve this issue?

I got the same error with you, webi is exception, but CR is ok.

The webSphere version is also the same with you, so is it possible, it's because we are not using WebSphere 6.1.0.7, we are too strict on the WAS version....
