UFL 'u25samp1.dll.dll' that implements this function is missing.

We are getting a pop-up with UFL 'u25samp1.dll.dll' that implements this function is missing. This is from within our ERP system that runs Crystal Report Viewer.

Our user is running the ERP through Citrix. Only one person has the issue. Others can preview the exact same report with no issues.

Anyone have any ideas?

Hi

This issue might have cropped up due to a missing dll which implements custom functions.

The original report developers must have used this dll and you need to register this dll on the machine where you get this error.
