Help text appearing in German Language

Hello,

We are working in SRM 5.0 in the Spanish language.

Some buttons appeared in German but we could translate them in Spanish via trx. SOTR_EDIT. works fine . OK

Now we found out however that some "help-texts" appear in German. I am talking about Help texts which appear when one double clicks on a warning or information message.

I do not know how to change this kind of texts in Spanish. Via the SOTR_EDIT doesnt strike me as an option!

Anyone had this kind of problem before? How did they solve it in these particular cases?

I have the same problem but in RPM in the buttons and columns of cprjects and portfolio management. May this t.-code SOTR_EDIT help me for solved this problem

Can you indicated the steps for change the text on buttons? or this t.code working only SRM??

Hi All,

Please set your default language in the system>user profile>own data> default >maintain user profile> defaults> logon language> set it to whatever language you need.

This should get rid of the problem.
