dears...

is there any way to make post goods issue for a delivery note for more than 1000 items

i tried to use split delivery and the summarization of GL account to avoid the error message f5727 Maximum number of items in FI reached, but all solutions ate not sutable in my company

so i need any suggestions to split the material documents for movement type 601

If you dont want to use summarization, splitting the delivery into two, as suggested by PJ, is the only option.

You will have to split the delivery into two deliveries to avoid this error and avoid the other consequences not suitable to your company.

Its a limitation in SAP for items more than 999. We have few OSS notes also available ( Ex note 494785). Please look into these.
