WORKFLOW IN CRM

Hi all

Can anybody send me some documents detailing how workflows are configured in CRM System .

Hi,

the conditions which you have mentioned can be designed in workflow. by using multiline element and loop concept in workflow above your requirements can be done.

Hi Gurus,

I am new to Workflows in CRM.

Can any one tell me whether can we build a workflow which satisfies the following conditions-

1. There should be five approvers( agents ) who should receive a notification upon an event triggered simultaneously.

2. If any one of them doesnt approve a task then the workflow should be sent back to the initiator indicating the agent who rejected it.

3. Then after the initiator corrects the data accordingly then again the workflow should be triggered to all the agents again.

Any pointers on this will be highly appreciated.
