Problem with Enterprise Portal
I have prblem with my portal, when I open the portal (URL), the page is not presented (The page cannot be shown), however I have restarted the service several times, and the problem persists
I can indicate whether there is any log where you can check whether there is a problem?

check for the latest default trace files that has been saved in your user directory and
also use this to trouble shoot....its a good tool
