process chain in red in technical content Statistic

Hi ,

I hactivated technical content Statistic, the process chain run every days, but there are some day where the request are in RED. For the cubes:

Front-End and OLAP Statistics (Aggregated) 0TCT_C01

Front-End and OLAP Statistics (Details) 0TCT_C02

Process Statistics 0TCT_C21

DTP Statistics0TCT_C22

I look at the monitor, there is any message , the status are in yellow and there this information :

Request still running

Diagnosis

No errors found. The current process has probably not finished yet.

System Response

The ALE inbox of BI is identical to the ALE outbox of the source system

or

the maximum wait time for this request has not yet been exceeded

or

the background job has not yet finished in the source system.

Current status

No Idocs arrived from the source system.

Can you tell me more about this problem ? what can i do ?

Hi

Please check on ST22 for short dump.If there is nothing then just delete the failed request and wiat for next load.

in ST22 this message :None of the selected short dumps exist

So there is no explication? to correct and avoid this problem ? because the data are not available for reporting.

Hi,

check the jon in source system sm37 .wether the job is still active ..check TRFc also in SM58 ..if everthing is fine ..

you can forcefully make the request green..and proceed.
