'AdobeDocumentServices/Config' in TRIP

In the transaction TRIP, when I create a trip request, an click on overview, I get a small window with header

"Enter Logon Data"

It has fields "Resource" with value 'AdobeDocumentServices/Config'.

Its asking for username and password.

Which Username or password am I supposed to enter, or by which setting I can bypass this?

I am in ECC 6 and this never happened with me in ECC 5. Please help

Hi,

Please Check ADS configuration is done. Please check the note 944221.

And also check ADSUser is locked

Can u just tell me how do I check whether ADS User is locked or not.

Apart from that can you give me a method by means of which I can bypass this feature. I remember I never had this problem when I was working in ECC5

Hi,

In R3 check under the transaction su01

In EP under user admin -> indentity Management

Before that you confirm ADSUser / any other user is used for ADS configuration

You can confirm the above in sm59 and http connections for External server and open ADS and check the user id there.

Hi,

I am not sure, wheter you can bypass. If the ADS configuration is fine and it will not ask for login details.
