MM Open Purchase Order by Cost Center

Does anyone knows of a report that can give me Open Purchase orders Orders by Cost Centers?

Hi

There is no standard report. Maybe you may need to write a small query using SQ01 by combining tables EKPO & EKKN. In EKPO table, field ELIKZ denotes delivery completion status; if for all the items this field is "X" then the PO is complete else it is still open. In EKKN table, you have a correlation between cost center & PO #.

hi,

Here is your solution:

Check table EKBE..in SE16....

Here AccoutAssigned field is ZEEKN which shows the PO for account assignment...

Now for that PO see the Field ELIKZ ...if its ticked then its open PO....

Check out ME2K

In it give your cost center code, date range & selection parameters as WE101

and execute the report.

Try ME2K,with different selection parameters like Open goods receipt, Goods receipt exists
