Item Interest Calculation for General Ledger

Hello,

I would like to calculate interest on line item for GL account(Bank Deposit), not vendor/customer.

Iam able to run interest calculation on Balance amount not on line item.

Is it possible to calculate interest on line item for GL account.

OBV2 is for application 0004 i.e. for GL balance interest calculation.

During F.52 - Iam getting following two message in additional log;

Checking if interest indicator V2 exists in interest calculation table<-- V2 is P for line item.

Checking if interest calculation type is set to "S"

Yes in GL line item interest calc is not available.

We can calculate the Bank interest calculation, using balance method with Value date option.

That is the normal way Banks calculate interest
