Displaying Blank Value fileds also from the DataBase

Hi,

I have included two queries in my report and linked them.

I have grouped data based on Region and displaying Country --- its corresponding values from both queries. say Part1 and Part2

On running the queries seperately !

From the 1st query, COUNTRY FIELD (Africa) has some values for the parameter 'YEAR' value -(2007,2008). But from the 2nd query, Aftrica has value for parameter YEAR 2007, blank values for all coloumns for YEAR 2008.

On linking the two queries in a single report and placing the fields, Because of 2nd query's BLANK values for YEAR 2008, Africa is not displayed at all..

I should get those values of Africa from query 1 to be displayed in the 1st part and blank values of query 2 also to be displyed in the second part.

Please help me in solving this issue..

Hi Eswari,

Go in Database Expert and Link Tab and change the join type to Left Outer Join or Right Outer Join according to your Table structure.
