Hi,
I want to Select all the filesthat are in exception from SXMB_MONI and send mail regarding the exception to corr. email ids. how to go to about it?? Please help.

you have to configure send mail alerts wihtout the use of bpm for this :

To send the alerts to inbox and exchange or other mailbox you have to:
1) configure tcode:SCOT,
2) for each user you define to send alerts, go to tcode:SU01 and for each one put the mail in the profile.
