How to break a table after every 10 line items in Forms

Hi,

I have a requirement wherein have to break the table after every 10 line items and display the subtotal. So if the table has 12 line items, the layout would be like this :

Net Wt Gross Wt Qty

12 12 1

12 12 1

12 12 1

12 12 1

12 12 1

12 12 1

12 12 1

12 12 1

12 12 1

12 12 1

subtotal 120 120 10

12 12 1

12 12 1

subtotal 24 24 2

The no. of line items would be determined at runtime. Can anybody please tell me how to go about with this usinf Formcalc or Javascripting ?
