Choosing a Condition Type Issue

Dear SD Experts,

Please find my scenario as below.

Cond Type - ZCO1

Cond Type - ZCO2

Cond Type - ZCO3

Inside Sales Order, condition tab, these 3 condition type will appear in the pricing procedure as no value. Is there a way to configure when user is only allowed to input a value into 1 of the 3 condition types only?

For example if i input $5 into ZCO1, then the remaining 2 conditions type are not allowable for anymore value input.

Another example if i input $5 into ZCO2, then ZCO1 & ZCO3 cannot enter amount anymore.

Please advise.

This can be handled only with writing "Requirement" routine in the pricing procedure.
