sending an error email

Hi frenz

I have to send an email if the smart form is not triggered.And this shld not be an attachment.It's format is like this.

Heading:

The Generation of the print form failed for the Contract < RM06E- EVRTN >.

Body:

The Contract Form for Contract Number <Contract Number (RM06E- EVRTN) was not generated.

Contract Number : RM06E- EVRTN

Vendor : EKKO- LIFNR ADDR1_DATA-NAME1

Date: XX/XX/XXXX

Material(s) for which the Contract was created : EKPO - EMATN

any one of you plz help me to do this....

Hi Ramya,

Use function module SO_new_DOCUMENT_SEND_API1 to send mail in your mail program if smartform is not triggered.
