Text is not getting Copied from sales order to Delivery

Hello,

I have one scenario which is as follow.

I am writing text at item level in information(print) field.

I have one sales order for which text at item level is getting copied from sales order to delivery. For this sales order everything is working fine.

For the other sales order with diffrent material number and with diffrent ship to part and text is present at item level in sales order but for this sales order the text is not getting copied into the delivery.

Even information(print) field is not coming for this delivery.
