Shopping Cart Workflow Locked

Hi,

I am trying to delete a SC, but it is giving me the following error:

Document is still being processed in the background; Try again later

I think the cause of this error is the work flow being locked. If this is the cause can anyone suggest me how to correct this and delete the SC.

Hi

Please check sm58 and sm12. Any entry is there for the user.

or check this table BBP_WFLOCK - but it is applicable for some lower SP.

Hi Muthu,

I have tried that option but could not find of any help. Can you suggest any Function Module using which i can remove this lock.

Hi

Do want this FM BBP_PD_SC_UNLOCK ?

if it is available in the BBP_WFLOCK, you can remove via this report bbp_del_wflock .

Thanks for the reply. I have tried the FM BBP_SC_UNLOCK but it did not work.

There is an entry in the table BBP_WFLOCK, i tried to run the report bbp_del_wflock but there is no such report.

I am working on BBPCRM4.0 system.

I am quite surprised with your statement. I too working the same with BBPCRM4.0 and SP11

Because it's available for me if i go to SE38 --> BBP_DEL_WFLOCK

Hi,

I am not sure with what SP this report is delivered, our current BBPCRM package in the system is SAPKU40008. But i am not able to see the report in EBP.
