customer factsheet error: application sap/crm_bsp_cckpt_service_http

Hello experts,

I want to show customer factsheet for bp,

I've activated service crm_cfs in tx sicf, but I still get error

application sap/crm_bsp_cckpt_service_http not started.

Does anybody know if there others settings to do ?

Hello Gerd,

Try running report BSP_UNLOCK_LONG_APP and in the input parameter enter your BSP name: crm_bsp_cckpt_service_http

To understand the reason, just read note 1038797.
