po doesn't cotent items

Dear gurus,

During GRN against items following message occurs-PO doesn't contains selectable items.

Hi,

Please check Three things.

1) Purchase Order - ME23N: -

Enter ME23N.

Enter your purchase order number and select your line item of purchase order and go in item detail level of purchase order.

Here click on Purchase Order History Tab.

And check any good receipt is created against purchase order line item.

If good receipt is created against purchase order line item you can't create new good receipt of purchase order.

2) Purchase order - ME23N: -

Enter ME23N.

Enter your purchase order number, go at header level here you can see Release Strategy tab.

Here check release indicator S is maintain in release indicator.

If no please release purchase order with ME29N.

3) Purchase order - ME23N: -

Enter ME23N.

Enter purchase order number and go at item detail level of purchase order.

Click on Confirmation tab of purchase order.

If any value like 0001 - Import tracking is maintain in field of Conf. Ctrl.

Remove it with ME22N.

Then check with MIGO.

First check whether you have given the correct movement type in MIGO header.

Also check the entry for plant if that field is there at MIGO header.

If yes then first releas the PO then do MIGO...

Refresh and do the PO again..

If PO has release startegy please check if it is released

Also please check if already GRN has been done

Hi,

There might be two cases

first check whether release strategy is defined then release the PO

secondly sometimes some of the tables didn't got updated while creating the PO. just refresh then do GR.

Goto ME29N and give your PO number.

Check in the header data, there will be a tab 'release strategy'.

Check whether the PO is 'blocked' or 'Released'

Hi gurus,

It is related with item category contains into the bom.It was non stock item.After replacing by stock item it gets updated.
