Hi!

The first dialog process CPU is 33:17:14 in SM50.

Please can you explain me when this time will reset. Or what parameter or event is it determined?

thanks for advance!

Sincerely,

Antonina

Antonina,

The time resets after system start (stopsap/startsap) or as Debasis suggested when the work processs restarts.

RK,

Thanks for clarifying. even at the time of startsap/stopsap its the dispatcher who starts/stops its workprocess. so the time would be reset.

Cheers,

Debasis.

Hi Antonina,

The first dialog process CPU is 33:17:14 in SM50.

That means, the first dialog workprocess has consumed 33:17:14 Secs of CPU time since its last startup.

It's a control with the dispatcher. A work process is automatically restarted by dispatcher if wp encounters any error. It's marked for Restart if there is any error in workprocess. and restart is done after the current work is executed.

If any workprocess is marked for "No" in the start column of SM50, you can do SM50 > Restart after error > Yes.

Note-

- Operation mode switches change the type of a work process but do not reset the CPU time counter.

Hope this helps,
