Activity type problem

Dear pp brother's

Here by i am confirming production order (co15) but at the time of saving

it show the msg that

A master record for C10030/STEAM exists only in 2007

it ask me to go KP26 T-code

pls help me for the same

Dear,

pls ensure that the price is maintained for the activity type in Cost Center in KP26 for the period in which you are doing confirmations.If its maintained only upto 2007 , define it for all periods 1 to 12 for the fiscal yr 2007 & 2008.

It will solve your problem.

Best way take help from CO consultant.

In kl01 maintain price indicator and try again in KP26 please define period 2008 and revert back.

thanx for your valuable guidence only one activity error is still remaining ,all other gone after maintaing price

for activity steam i maintain price in kp26 but still it shows error

Dear,

What is the error now?

Follow the below steps,

1. Check Cost center using T code - KS02

2.Create an activity type using T code - KL01.and check KL02 (Steam)

3.Assign the Rates for an activity type & cost center combination using T code KP26.

4.In the input screen of T code KP26 ,enter version as 0, from period 1 and to period as 12 and the Fiscal

Year as 2008,enter the cost center, activity type click on overview screen (F5)---> enter the per hour Rate

Under Fixed price and set value as 2 for distribution key and plan price indicator as 3.

5.After performing this ,while creating the work center CR02 ,this combination of activity type & cost center should be assigned.Then while creating routing/task list this work center can assigned for performing operations.

EX,

If you have very limited no.of activity types you can plan manually in KP26 for new fiscal year 2009.

e.g

Version:0

From Period:1

To Period :12

Fiscal Year:2009

Cost center: 1000

Activity type :123

click on overview(F5)

enter fixed price 99.00

the cost for the activitySTEAM costcentre C10030 cobination

may not be defined for the year 2008.

pl go to KP26 t-code and enter the costs for the present period or for the full year,

if you don't know how to do,then contact your CO consultant
