Hi All,

Please tell me about Offset Account.

And How many account automatically debit and create for any item life cycle(From purchase ,Production And Sale) and item manage by ItemGroup(G\L) ?

Hi,

I suggest to download file regarding to G/L account determination in B1, B1 financial management pdf file or ppt file. There is also webex file for it. This is solution for your 2nd question.

The 1st question's answer is :

By default, this field displays the account number of the first offset account.
The Offset Account field is automatically filled with the offset account of the posting. You can enter the account of your choice (you can only choose accounts that were posted in this document). The offset account is then displayed in accounting reports.
