Alert Configuration

Hi Friends,

We are working in Pi 7.1. In RTWB we tried to open Alert Configuration. When we entered our user id and password its throwing authorisation error message "Terminated due to error in logon data"

Kindly advise.

Hi,

Check link for authorizations role that need to have

http://www.erpgenie.com/sap/netweaver/xi/xiauthorizations.htm

Add this roles to your ID.

Hi,

We have all the corresponding authorisations assigned to our roles but inspite of that we are unable to open Alert Configuration link in RTWB.

Even after entering our user id and password the system is throwing authorisation error message. Even the basis team has tried with their login id (super user id).

Please suggest us as how to solve this issue.

Hi,

I agree with Dharamveer,

Give a try for the following;

After clicking the Alert Conf. link click Cancel and investigate the address bar. If you see only host name like http://xxxx:<port>. try replacing the host with Fully qualified host name like http://xxxx.comp.com:<port>. then try your authorized user.

If you can proceed this way then follow the thread suggested by Dharamveer.

Check if your User ID has the SAP_XI_MONITORING role assigned.
