Roll out project

Dear All,

Will anybody explains me abt the SAP configurations made out for roll out projects ?? For Ex Including 2 plants under same company.

HI

For an existing configuration wherein there is a company code under which you have a single plant, a Porg under the plant and st.locations under the same.

The same thing for a different plant is to be carried out. Define a second plant. Assign the P.org to it and form the different Slocs under the same plant. The only thing which is to be done here is that assign the plant to the same co. code as that of first.

So that both the plants shall be under the same co. code.

Te balsnce sheet would therefore be same under the same company code and the financila a/c will now have an additional implication for the second plant also.

Hi,

Easiest way to copy the plant using EC02. Then most the settings of the plant you copy from will be in the new plant.

Generally for Roll out projects, new Plant is copied from existing one and changes done if any.
