We want to achieve the following:-

The Interaction centre agent to have a link on web UI which will directly open VA01 transaction screen in ECC system. Is it standard feature available in SAP CRM 2007? If so can you provide guidelines to achieve the same.

Hi,

this can be achieved using the transaction launcher. Use the forum search to find a lot on it. I replied to a similar question in August/September.

Hi,

U can done this by launching VA01 transaction from Web UI. Create BOR based transaction to launch ur R/3 VA01 transaction and use correct BOR object(BUS203) for VA01.
