Hi,
Is it possible to use main criteria as 'Quality' for vendor evaluation without implementing QM module? Does MM itself can handle this requirement with any function module or exit or any other enhancement?

no it is not possible.U are not using the rejection through QM
U can make that Quality criteria as semi -sutomatic and put the points to the subcriterias in inforecord manualy.
