Hi all,

Kindly explain about Scheduling Agreement process.How we pick up the SA materila in GR.. s it with respect to Inbound Delivery..

hi,

The function Generation of Inbound Deliveries (Logistics Execution --> Inbound Process --> Goods Receipt for Inbound Delivery --> Extended Inbound Delivery Processing -->Generate Inbound Deliveries; transaction code vl64) searches the delivery schedules of purchase order items or schedule lines of scheduling agreements for which the flag for automatic inbound delivery creation has been set.

If the delivery date for the schedule dates of the purchase order items or the schedule lines of the scheduling agreements is older than or equal to the delivery date entered by the user, the system generates a new inbound delivery for each purchase order and scheduling agreement.

You can run the generation report in simulation mode by setting the Test Run indicator on the Generation of Inbound Deliveries screen. This means that the inbound deliveries generated are neither saved to the database nor dispatched.

In MIGO you do GR wrt to Po and give the schedule line item number in PO field and press enter.
