Budget Allocation dan Actual per month

Hi All,

Can we monitor budget in PS by monthly not yearly? Can we monitor the actual in PS by monthly ?

I am going to create custom report for it. anyone could advice the table that can be used?

Plz advice.

hi,

see report s_alr_87100185 - Actual costs for each month and s_alr_87100186 - planned costs for each month..

maybe you could maintain your budget as your planned cost (CJR2) at the same time so it would appear in monthly reporting..

Hi,

you can see it in standerd report in S_ALR_87013558 - Costs -> Budget-Related -> Budget/Actual/Commitment/Rem by selecting grafical layout.

Hi,

Yes you can monitor it's on monthly basis.

Open the slr report S_ALR_87013558 and click on Graphical report output.

Then execute.

Select the WBS Actual amount & click on Under navigation Period/Year .

Now you can get Monthwise actual.
