500 - Internal Server Error

Dear Experts,

I am facing one issue in following scenario:

My Scenario:

Webclient--

>PI7.0--

---

>SAP CRM

---

Step !:

1. When webclient send the SOAP Request to PI through sender soap adapter with qos (Best Effort )

2. It reaches PI and send the data to SAP CRM sytem through Server Proxies ( Mode - sync )

3. Reponse mesage will go back to webclient.

Error:

When i am testing in the runtime workbench in (Adapter monitor-Test message)

It shows - 500 Internal server error.

Kindly guide me what i need to do..

Hi

restart the java stack(XI Server) and follwing services.

com.sapii.af.app

com.sapii.cpa.af.app.

Also check the service pack levels on your XI. If it is obsolete upgrade it with latest version.

read the following SAP Note if you have access to service marketplace:- 807000 and 804124

This generally occurs due to load problem or if you are on an SP less than 12 or even if there is an administration problem.
