How can i close a requisition in held status?

I usually use the transaction FMMC to close requisitions, however it does not show a requisition in a held status. I figured that is because it does not have a commitment. How can I close a held requisition. Is it another transaction that I should be using?

Hi Beverly,

Putting PReq on hold is NOT a common function in SAP, it is only available with Funds Management and certain Industry Solution, e.g. Public Sector. Unfortunately my system does not have this function available.

For PO put on hold, the field EKKO-MEMORY is marked with 'X'. You may find a similar field in table EBAN named MEMORY which you can report on.

hi,

I think it should be held PO not PR....

You can't close the period directly...But can try by deleting the line items in the Held PO..by this the Po will get automatically cancelled....

Or

Release it and then cacel it....

Or

MBPM(Managing held data)

When you enter a goods receipt, this function allows you to display and delete data that you have held for further processing but not yet posted.

pls try ....

Hope it helps..
