Quota Arrangement for repetitive mfg not work

Dear SAPper,

I configure the quota arrangment for repetitive manufacturing, but when MRP run the MRP

doesn't read the quota arrangement.

Here is the step i set :

1. set quota arrangement usage 4 in MRP

2. lot size MB with splitting quota active

3.maintain repetitive manufacturing allow in production version

4. MEQ1 set percentage 80% for P002 and 20% for P001

5. run MRP

did i missing something in my configuration, please advise

sorry the start date of planned order is earlier than the quota valid from:)
