Entitled to BO Server 2008 through Maintenance Agreement?

We purchased BO Crystal Reports Server XI R2 SP2 back in April 2008 with a maintenance agreement that expires in April 2009. We're just getting around to installing it and see that CR Server 2008 is now the current product. Are we entitied to Crystal Reports Server 2008 through our maintanance agreement?

I believe you are. If you don't see it on your ESD site, you should talk to your account manager.

We're not sure where the ESD site is. The URL we are attempting to use is: https://businessobjects.subscribenet.com/control/bobj/login

Is this the right web page?

If so, then when prompted, we enter our super-administrator's credientials and it does not recognize them. When we try to use the Password Finder, we receive an "Error, member not found" message.

We obviously don't understand what we're doing wrong.

Keep in mind we purchased the software and maintenance agreement before SAP acquired Crystal Reports from Business Objects. We suspect this is complicating the matter.
