Can i use authorization for can't change quantity when copy from Sale order for Delivery.

This is not usual. I don't think there is any specific authorization for changing Quantity on Delivery.
When does this happen? Is it on all Sales Orders? Are you using drop ship Warehouse.

Can we use approval for delivery. When Quatnity of delivery greater than quantity of Sale Order.
But i can't think any query for this problem
Approval will not work when you have mutiple rows of data. You would have to work with SP Transaction Notification
