BI Analyses reporting Solution Manager

Hi colleagues,

I'm working on SAP Solution Manager 7.0 and it's updated until last support package delivered by SAP.

My objetive is extract information about service desk scenario that I've configured succesfully. I want generate and show reports about message number, message processors by support message,...but I've a problem activating BI Analyses from spro transaction.

My problem is that I'm not able to find any standar datasource to extract these information(support message number, message processor, sold-to party, installation number, etc)

The path that I've followed at spro transaction is:

SAP Solution Manager Implementation Guide->Configuration->Scenario-Specific Settings->Solution Monitoring/Reporting->BI Analyses

In rsa5 transaction, I've only find these datasource related to Solution Manager:
