Short dump on inital load

Hi Guys,

1. As and when i log on to SAP trial ABAP i get a short dump on SAP Easy Access. Not been able to figgure out what the problem is. Below is the dump.

Control Framework: Data stream error. Transaction terminated.

The data stream from the frontend could not be interpreted.

This error is very probably due to an error in the frontend

software installation or an obsolete version. Inform your system

Procedure for System Administration

The frontend should have at least the same version as the SAP

release. Install the correct frontend. If the error continues to

occur, inform SAP.

2. Apart from this i have not been able to log on to the DB as well. I tried logging on with User control and password control but authentication is failing.

Applied patch to GUI, and issue 1 got resolved.

I had forgot the password-- so my imagination could bring it back :). Issue 2 resolved.

I have the same error, but the latest version of SAP GUI 7.10 patch level 10. What is wrong?

SAP NetWeaver 2004s ABAP Application Server 7.00 SP10

MaxDB 7.6 database with MaxDB Manager and SQL Studio

Everything is ok. I had uninstall and reinstall SAP GUI.
