Netweaver developer studio 7.1 download

Hi Guys,

Does NW Developer Studio comes with the PI 7.1 installation packet or we need to download from the market place.

any help or links would be appreciated.

Hi there,

You can download the Netweaver Developer Studio (NWDS) 7.1 EHP1 from

https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/webcontent/uuid/20877bcc-bb51-2b10-aa8b-8308e...

Just select the option NetWeaver Developer Studio (841.112.611 bytes)

I guess it's not a part of PI 7.1 so you have to download it from Market Place:

Thanks for the quick reply.

I found the following info from the installation document, based on this it should be available as a option on the Master DVD.

Preparation & Installing the Developer Studio from a DVD

1. Start SAPinst from the SAP Installation Master DVD by double-clicking sapinst.exe from the

following path: <DVD drive>:\DATA_UNITS\IM_WIN_I386_<data_base>

SAPinst GUI starts automatically by displaying the Welcome screen.

2. In the Welcome screen, choose the installation option SAP NetWeaver Developer Studio.

3. Choose Next and follow the on-screen instructions

I will update the thread when i find this on the Master DVD.

Yes Patrick. You are right it is not available in the 7.1 installation kit. I will try to dowload from the Market Place.
