HI,
I have configured MPN. When i run MMBE and put Inventory Material i should get stock with MPN No.
Thank & Regards,
Yogesh.
MPN is just the information about the material number in which vendor identify the product
e.g. you have Material called 1002 - ciprofloxin
when you procure this material from Vendor 1 they may call this material as Cipra1
other vendor call somthing else
so when you order this material from vendor, for better understaing vendor say plesae order in the code which they easily identify the product so that way you can procure same material without altering your own material code
to do that you need MPN
but when you receive in your sysem it will store as code 1002
if you need inventory based on teh vendor than you have to activate split valution or batch management

Hi,
MPNs are used only for Purchase Point of view for e.g. Placing POs as per the MPNs and Pricing of PO as per MPNs.
MPNs can not be managed at Inventory level.
