We do in-house continuous development of the same product and have our tracks setup as described in this blog

I can only think of the below 2 posts on top of my head. If I come across more, I will update for you

If you do a search in the forum with texts "strategy CMS tracks", I believe that you will get tons of hits. Do checkout reacted posts as there, you could find some interesting tips and tricks.
