want to add one more text comment in billing header

all

i want to add one more text coment field with the existing text shown in header text in BILLING.

For which - i can mentaion my inspection lot comments during my billing doc.

that field will come and after double click i can write some comments.

Kindly tellme the procedure how this tab or field will come.

you can do this through tcode VOTXN and selecting billing documents, header.
