Problem with Exporting a crystal report

Hi all

Whenever i try to export my crystal report to excel or pdf the design is getting disturbed.That is the values are placed in alternate cells in excel.How sould I resolve this issue?.Help me out..

Hi Gokul,

I think you are exporting your report to Excel Data Only. Excel Data only is a record based and it will not keep your report format.

Export your report using Excel 97-XXXX, then your report will get exported as it is.

No eventhough i go for this option also iam getting the same problem.What can i do?

Hi Gokul,

Do not leave any blank sections, i.e. suppress all blank sections. Also right click on section where you have records and click on Fit Section
