what is the use of ATP in PM order control

in capacity why we choose SAPSFCG013=3.0d

this is in spro-maint.ser order basic setting- avalability check material,prt

ATP is Available-to-Promise

the material check is there to ensure that you sufficient material required for the order in stock

in capacity the profie is defaulted - you can choose any of the options based on your requirements - see sap help on capacity planning to see the relevance of each profiles
