System status as CSER in some maintenance orders?

Hi All,

Some of my Maintenance orders are having CSER Error in cost calculation system status.

Other than this following status is coming.

REL Released, CSER Error in cost calculation system status, NMAT No material components, PRC Pre-costed, SETC Settlement rule created.

But in Cost Tab nothing is there,

In operations tab work duration of 4H, by 2 numbers, Operation duration is 2 h.

How to deal with the problem.

Can any one help me please.

HI

goto order co02 and click on cost cliculation, if you find any costing errors,

goto logs and see the costing errors.

probably it may be related to the activity type costcntre settingsin KP26.

Hi Ashok,

I've checked the costing determination log as Mr. Tyagraj has suggested.

yes the problem may be in activity type only..

For T-codes KP26 and CO02 I am waiting for authorization from..

hi

kindly check the error log in the maintenance order ,from order in change mode from the menu select Goto>Log>cost determination and check

i think you have not planned the price for the activity you have specified

kindly check and revert back

I checked the cost determination log, the message is coming as The cost log is empty.(Message no. IW453)

Your guidance needed.

hi

once you save the order your log will be deleted.go to iw32 ,enter you order no and do the cost calculation again by pressing the calculator button ,now system will issue the message.then try to access the log of cost determination (do not exit the order)

Thanks for the help.

You were right the problem is in activity type, the msg I am getting is like, No control record for Activity type in version 000 / 2009 activity planning.

I am looking for the authorization for KP26....

I'll Revert you back one I get it.

KP26 is to plan the activity price.

This will probably be done by your CO people.

Use KP27 to check to see if this activity has been planned for the work center cost center.

Usually, if it has not been planned it will not be available for selection in the drop down.

yah problem solved it was because of that only.
