IDOC issue

Hi all,

I am getting an error"Required delivery date is missing for the IODC xxxx.Due to which the IODC gets failed.

But the delivery date is there in the field.I want to know which field the IDOC is refering to.

Not only for this issue basically when I get an error while trigerring IDOC how to find what exactly the problem is?

Hi

You may check the error against the idoc in t.code WE02 under the Status records. Double click the error and you would find the details. In the Data records, under the specific segment, please check the corresponding field entry which has an error. Then reprocess the idoc using t.code BD87

Hi

The document which generates this iDOC should have a Delivery date field which is empty. Please try to check the document and get this field populated and then reprocess the iDOC. This field would also be checked in a segment in the Data records.
