Hi Folks,
We are sending the Work item to Outlook.But the problem is the mail are sent as junk mail in the user's inbox.This case is not happening always.For some instances the workitems are sent to the Inbox but for some they are sent as Junk mail.
The other problem is when sending the Workitem the mails are sent with the priority of the notification.We want the Mail to be sent without any priority to the user inbox.

Hi All,
The problem is now resolved.
The Background job was earlier scheduled with the program RSWUWFML.
Now we are using another program RSWUWFML2 which has resolved the issue and now the mails are not going as junk mail.

I thought the setting of avoiding the work item going into junk mail in Outlook should be set in the Exchange Server instead?

How are you configuring it ? using SWNCONFIG or running any report like RSWUWFML ?
