Alerts are not displaying SAP CRM 5.2.

Hi All,

I configured Alerts on BP confirmed in SAP CRM 5.2. But it is not displayed in the WEBCIC. In our test system same Alerts are working fine, i compared all configs and services activated with test system, every thing is same but still Alerts are not displayed.

Can anybody let me know how can I resolve this problem?
