Setup a workflow

Hi All,

I am a functional consultant and very new to workflow in SD.

The scenario as given below:

Whenvever a sales order has a block (delivery block) due to a price change this should the system should trigger a mail to the respective sales manager who will then release the hold.

How do we do this using workflow. Appreciate your patience and help.

A simpler way to start is perhaps, look for any standard workflow able to fit in your business scenarios?
