Start of application - Create Purchase requistion

Hello gurus,

For a particular user when i am entering transaction ME51N it only display Start of application - Create Purchase requistion but never opens it is same with transaction code ME21N.

But ME51 and ME21 transaction code are working fine.

No problem in authorisation and version.

Please let me know your view on this issue.

It could be the SAP GUI, get them to try it on a PC that works for your user.

Answer is pure assumption

Pls check the following OSS notes

Note 359306 - ME51N, ME21N: TIME_OUT with personal settings

Note 323666 - ME21N, ME51N: User settings are not saved

Pls take opinion from Basis team, before implementing the note

You can also take help from SAP, by creating a OSS request using service.sap.com

I think they may suggest to implement the notes, which i suggested.

But take opinion from SAP and Basis team before implementing the note
